Michael Wenaas
Executive Vice President and Co-Head, GID Industrial
Mike Wenaas is responsible for all new acquisitions, dispositions and development of industrial properties. Mike also works with the other senior members of the industrial platform to formulate strategy, assist in fundraising, and establish/maintain relationships for the company. Mike serves on the Investment Committee. He has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 23 years. Prior to joining GID, Mike led the acquisitions group at Colony Industrial and Cobalt Capital Partners where he helped acquire over 60 million square feet of industrial buildings. Mike also worked at Crow Holdings and Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, TX.
Mike received a BA in Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.
