Crest at Oak Park is one of six assets acquired by GID as part of the nationwide Elite Apartment Portfolio transaction. The property benefits from its close proximity to multiple employment centers including Uptown and Downtown Dallas. It’s situated just off Lemmon Avenue providing easy access to transportation thoroughfares and a mix of retail including a nearby Whole Foods.
Built in 2017, the property consists of two buildings: a four-story wrap building and a three-story podium building. The community features a swimming pool, two grilling areas, 24/7 fitness center, resident area with coffee lounge, fire pit, and a half acre private park.
