GID Forms New Industrial Partnership in Houston, Texas with Frontier Equity

Boston, MA – (October 24, 2019)

GID Urban Logistics announced today the formation of a joint venture partnership with Frontier Equity to develop Interwood Distribution Center, a two building 341,865 sf light industrial property located within the master planned Interwood Business Center in Houston, Texas. This is GID’s first joint venture with Frontier Equity, a Dallas based commercial real estate firm founded by Holt Lunsford in 1993.  Construction is expected to commence in early first quarter of 2020 and be completed by early first quarter 2021.
