GID announced today that it has acquired Hanover Oak Hill, a 370 unit apartment community located in Austin, Texas. The property is 6.5 miles southwest of downtown Austin in a neighborhood characterized by picturesque scenery, affluent residents and a highly-ranked school system. Oak Hill is located across the street from AMD’s Southeast headquarters and within 1.25 miles of NXP semiconductors, ARM semiconductors and Yeti Coolers. The property has connectivity to the Southwest Parkway which links with MoPac expressway into downtown Austin.

Built in 2018, the property is made up of seven residential buildings. The community features a resident lounge, catering kitchen, conference room, screening room, 24-hour fitness room and a business center. Oak Hill also offers an infinity-edge pool, a quarter-acre dog park, and outdoor grilling areas. Unit finishes consist of nine-foot ceilings, quartz and granite kitchen countertop options and slide in gas ranges. All buildings have conditioned corridors and elevators.
